My friend just had a baby and her bf told her he wished she had a stroke and died with the kid. Then a week later her bf's dad had a stroke and almost died is that karma?

My baby beardie's tail has turned black. It's not all black, but about 1/4 of it is. It's also limp. I'm not quite sure what to do. The rest of his body seems to be fine. It's been a week and I believe its too late. I've asked my parents if we can take him to the vet, but they think it will turn back to its original color. I think it was caused from lack of calcium. I had to bring him on a trip with me and forgot to bring his calcium supplement. He went without it for 3 days.
