[phpbay]Infant Seat Cover,95,117031[/phpbay]

I made an infant car seat cover using a pattern I found at the store but there isn't directions on how to make the canopy part of it for an infant car seat. I would really like to sew a canopy as well so that it matches the carseat. Your help is greatly appreciated.
Here are several sites for the pattern for the canopy.

The middle seat only has a lap belt & not a 3 point seatbelt.
(I know i've already asked this Q but thought i would post in car safety as well as Newborn & baby)
Its ok, I have just found the Britax Eclipse Si can fit in the centre seat with lap belt.
Dave J- yes it does fit with a lapbelt only. It also passed the safety standard tests & has great reviews- I'm sure that would not be the case if it was "ridiculously unsafe". Britax is a very well known make in the UK. Went to Halford's today & had it installed perfectly- thanks for your concern!!
Booster seats wih a back that can be removed when the child is older, Britax and Graco make these. Can be used from age 3.
[phpbay]Infant Blue,95,117031[/phpbay]

A hand-knitted white sweater trimmed in blue was handwashed in cold water with Dreft ( this is an infant's sweater). Some how, the blue dye has leaked into the ivory knit areas? How can I get rid of the blue dye? The sweater means a lot to me.
Check out the attached link. It is a pdf file. (Adobe). Page 10 has the information you are looking for. I sure hope it can help!
Good luck!

I'm catching a lot of flack over in the 'newborn & infants' section. What do you MC riders think?

Hey Firecracker,
I'm a motorcyclist. I love danger. I guess that's why I was playing with fire over there in 'Prenancy & Infants'. It's a rush!
some states dont have passenger age restrictions, but typically, those under 18 has to wear a helmet. check ur state here. http://www.amadirectlink.com/legisltn/laws.asp
until they can reach the pegs, i would use this: http://www.childridingbelt.com/engprod.htm
i wouldnt ride an infant on the back tho. doubt u'd be able to find a properly fitting helmet, and those under 18 is required to have 1.
