I've seen people ask about baby slings and such, and i just came upon this sling that was recalled because of the rings bending or breaking, causing infants to fall from the carrier.

Just a friendly heads up for those who use this sling!

I would just buy one to know for sure that it is secure and that you wont lose your hammy some even have places for a water bottle and food dish I would check out Petsmart for something not to expensive but secure.

Baby carries in hot weather...?

I want a nice baby carrier (not a backpack style...more of a wrap or mei tai style) that is not hot. I live in Central Florida and I don't want my baby to roast but I want him in a carrier.

If you like wraps, similar to the moby wrap, you can use crinkly gauze material in the hot weather. Simply buy 5 or 6 yards of the fabric and cut it in half lenghtwise so that it is about 20" wide. Ta da! Two wraps! It's much cheaper than buying.

which one is the best & most usefull?

I havean eight month old and we use the moby 4 days a week and we both LOVE it, she naps for 1-2 hours easy when she is in it!!
