I just had my second baby and pulled out the barely used Snugli from my first son. I never used it much, but now that I've got a preschooler AND a newborn, I thought it would be helpful to wear around the house while tending to my older son.

For some reason, it just doesn't seem to support my baby's head right. I'm looking at various photos online, and almost all of them seem to have better head support (even the exact same model I have). I'm very tall and long waisted, and my son is also long (but he's only 7 weeks). It's okay as long as I have a hand gently supporting the back of head head, but otherwise, there is really no head support. Yes, I've tried adjusting it looser & tighter.

Anyone had a similar experience? I see moms in the grocery store all the time, wearling these so naturally. Help!
