is it hard to breastfeed in a maya wrap ring sling?
i just made a maya wrap today, im finding it hard to get my 8mth old baby comfy in it without the fear of her slipping out
i havent tried to breastfeed in it yet, but i heard its hard to feed older babies in the sling

I loved mine, I got it when my daughter was 4 months old and it probably took me a good month of using it at home and at La Leche League meetings and playgroups before I felt like I was a pro at it!!
I didn't find it hard to nurse at all... the only thing was at around 9-10 months, my daughter got nosey and interested in the world... so if we were at the mall or somewhere loud/crowded, she didnt' want to be hidden inside to nurse... she wanted to people watch... I think that's an age thing though, not just a sling thing... we had to actually use the nursing mothers room at the mall because she was just too interested and distracted to just latch on and have lunch.
