I have this Jeep baby carrier that I bought on clearance at WalMart when I was pregnant and today I used it for the very first time for a trip to the drugstore. I found the carrier bulky and very awkward. My daughter kept sliding down toward my chest and I had to keep tightening the straps to move her up because I was afraid she'd suffocate. I had items I needed to purchase and was pushing my son in a stroller so my hands weren't free, so every time I needed to tighten I had to stop and set my items down somewhere and tighten the straps. The whole experience was very frustrating. I couldn't wait to get to the car and get my daughter out of the carrier.
