i have a baby sling carrier that is 100% cotton in the color pink. i was only able to use it a few times with my daughter bc i bought it when she was a little older and she was too tall. now we are having a boy and since it is pretty expensive i would like to take my chances to bleach the pink out and dye it black.

what is the best method for bleaching the pink out? and is there a dye method that is better than another? where i live we have liquid color dye brand RIT that is readily available.
