Infant car seat cover warm?
My husband and i are expecting a baby this dec, it gets pretty chilly here... we live in Milwaukee, Wisconsin... With my first child of which is now 8yrs they never had things like the jj cole bundle-me/ cozy cover car seat winter covers.... Soooooooo now with this baby we bought a cozy cover for the car seat... my question is does our baby have to wear a snowsuit/bunting also.... or is the cozy cover enough to keep her warm?????? Sorry this may be a silly question but like i said they never had this item 8 yrs ago.... and i dont know how warm these cozy covers can be.....

You do not want to use a snowsuit in the car seat - if the worst case scenario happens and you are in an accident, the additional padding between the baby and the car seat straps can cause more injury. You want the straps snug against the baby.
Like Sue mentioned - use an additional blanket, warm fleece pjs and an additional blanket over the little one should be enough on cold days.
