Question for Petite women with babies?
I'm 29 weeks pregnant and interested in buying a sling for my baby when she arrives. The only problem is the majority of the slings that I like I can only find online so I can't try them on to see if they'll fit first. I've looked at the hotslings, and the Light shoulder slings/pouches. I'm 5'0 and before i was pregnant I weighed 97lbs, now I weigh more of course because I'm 7 months pregnant but I have a very petite small frame so is there any women that are small and petite that can give me advice on what kind of sling to get and what size so I don't have to go through the hassle of sending back the sling that I get?
I am a short person as well and I wear ring style slings for my babies. I actually make them instead of buying them. What is use is similar to a maya wrap and they are totally adjustable no matter how small you are. They are also so much better than those mass produced baby carriers that just don't give you that closeness with your baby.
