If you have a baby that is barely able to sit up in the buggy with the help of the strap, and you are shopping by yourself with a buggy full of groceries...what do you do if you have to go to the restroom really bad...where do you put a baby that can't stand yet...Any tips?

It's not a problem if I take him in his stroller in...say Walmart to the restroom and use the handicap stall because he can sit right there in his stroller and wait...but having to do the main grocery shopping or going in and realizing you need to use the restroom first...how can I possibley do this with a baby not in a carrier that sits in the buggy since a buggy can't go in the restroom. And leaving the baby with someone is not an option. And please no one say Pee your pants...I am looking for someone that has dealt with this issue to answer. Thanks in advance.
