Best type of sling for baby wearing?
I bought a sling that is more carrying the baby around, not wearing him (if that makes sense). I want a sling that allows me to wear my newborn and is easy to put on. any ideas?
As a new babywearer, I was intimidated by wraps and anything that you had to tie. Now, I swear by my Moby, and have converted numerous friends. I've even graduated to a Babyhawk Mei Tai. They're both simple to tie and evenly distribute baby's weight, so no back problems.
If you're intimidated by tying, go for a beautiful ring sling. They're also easy to put on, but just one step intead of tying. Plus, you can easily toss the sash over baby and breastfeed discretely.
