Frequently Asked Questions:

Online dating, women and playing hard to get! WTF!?
If a women reads my message, looks at my profile and doesn't respond; most would say "NOT INTERESTED, DUH." but some women play hard to get and after some chasing they answer back as if she was replying to the 1st message instead of the 3rd or 4th.
Am I right to say that a look (or no look if she's hard-core hard to get tease) without a reply does not necessarily mean NOT INTERESTED, but COULD mean I WANT YOU TO CHASE ME FOR A BIT.
Yes no? maybe? I dont know. Can you repeat the question...
Additional Details
Oh yea, I keep emailing until they either coe out of their shell or tell me to piss off...only way to know for sure, just because you dont catch fish the 1st time in that sea, doesnt mean you wont catch ever.
OH YEA, I must clarify that I dont expect INSTANT reply, we all have lives. But how long does it take to think of a reply? days? SERIOUSLY! LOL!
You don't say how old you are, but apparently young women on dating sites get a lot of emails, 100s a day if they are very good looking! So they haven't got time to reply to all of them. The woman who replied to the 4th email as if it were the 1st must be in this category - it sounds as if she didn't remember that you had written before because she had had so many other emails.
For women who get a lot of emails it might take some days, perusing profiles and composing replies. Presumably they reply positively to a few of the most promising emails (how many people could you correspond with simultaneously without getting them mixed up?), and perhaps keep a few in reserve.
I am on a dating site and some of the emails I get are very brief, such as "like your profile, wanna chat?"! Ok, that was the worst one I got, but some are not much better. Sometimes, the man's profile says very little about him (there are no interests listed, for instance), and if there is nothing to pique my interest, he will get a "no thanks", but only after I have replied to the more interesting emails.
The best emails I have got are about three paragraphs, talk about at least one specific thing in my profile, and tell me some things about themselves.
Ensure that your profile is interesting, proof read it for grammar and spelling (many men of all ages have profiles that are appallingly badly written), and divide it into paragraphs if it is more than six lines (which I hope it is - aim for at least four paragraphs).
Perhaps you already have a great profile and always write interesting emails, but I hope I may have suggested something useful.
Btw, on the dating site I am on I hide my profile when I am looking at men's profiles, because some men seem to think that looking at their profile indicates a greater level of interest than is actually the case! So you can't always tell if someone has looked at your profile or not.
