Cat in a snugli carrier?

Or a bjorn, carrier, etc. I was waiting in line at the library. A guy behind me had a black cat in a snugli. The mom behind him asked if her kids could pet it. Would you let your kids?

Not to mention I would assume the library wouldnt allow pets that werent say service pets. Or I was wondering if this was some new Paris Hilton dog in the purse type fad.

We took our puppy everywhere in a front pack carrier. People always asked to pet him everywhere we went. He even went to the doctors office with us and the doctor thought he was cute and well behaved.

I guess some people treat their pets as part of the family, and others believe that pets are just animals. Different strokes for different folks...no need to judge.
