Trying to decide between the Beco Butterfly II, Mei Tai or Ergo baby carriers.?

Any advice would be helpful! Which is easiest to put on? Best for carrying an infant?

I didn't try the Beco or Mei Tai (wish I could have, but that option wasn't around.) But we bought an Ergo Sport, and we absolutely love it. My husband grumbled about the money at first, but the Moby scared him (he can't tie a knot to save his life) so we went with the Ergo. We had to get the newborn insert as well.

I LOVE it. I get back-aches and shoulder aches and the Ergo actually keeps my back from aching. Literally, if my back is aching then I'll put the Ergo on, and his weight in the carrier pulling on the Ergo in the right spots instead of bad spots and supporting other things just works perfectly, the pain goes away. I LOVE it. Since I have a toddler, shopping is difficult but with the Ergo I put him in, then I can keep up with her, even carry her around (carefully so she doesn't squish him) or lift her to put her in a cart. I can pick things up and put them in the cart. What does he do? The first 5 minutes he tries to stay awake, the next 5 he complains because he's drifting, then he's out like a light, no matter how hard he fights. It's too comfy for him.

Only complaint is that it gets hot. They've come out with a new one, the Ergo Performance, and that one has a cool-thing they said, so that may be better with the heat. They say it weighs 1/3 less than mine, which makes us laugh because we marvel at how soft and light-weight it is so the idea of it being lighter... wow.
