Best baby carrier/wrap?

I have a Babyhawk Mei-Tai which I really like but I find it really hard to get on and off myself. I'm looking for a carrier that I can use for my three month old (he's about 15lbs).

I use the Moby wrap. Tocay I washed the dishes, moped, washed bottles, swept, vacuumed, and ate lunch. She was a happy girl and even took a nap. We have 2, one in the car, one in the house.
