I recently had a baby, and I still need to lose 20 lbs. What is a good way to boost my metabolism?

I gained 50 lbs with my last pregnancy. I have managed to lose 30 lbs, but the last 20 seem to be impossible to get rid of!! I am 5'3" and I weigh in at 142 lbs. What is a safe way to boost my metabolism? I do not over eat, and I don't eat a lot of junk food. I am desperate to return to my pre-pregnancy weight.
