Baby sling/carrier. Which one is best and why?

Is Baby Bjorn the best? Which ones are free of formaldehyde? Which ones are organic? Thanks!

I'm personally fond of pouch slings. They are comfortable to wear and the baby can be in a variety of positions (facing out/facing in/cradle/hip/back/nursing). They do not have the excess fabric or learning curve of other wraps/slings.

I first bought a hotsling... which was great until my daughter outgrew it at 6 weeks old!

I now have an adjustable fleece pouch from KangarooKorner. This will grow with my baby until she's a toddler, and she absolutely loves it.

There's another pouch that I love called Pea-in-a-Pod. I think this product is even more well-thought-out. It is made by a stay at home mom and sales go to help pay for her child's cancer treatments. However, because of what she is going through, she does not always have ample stocks of her product. KangarooKorner was the most similar pouch I could find.
