whats the possibility of getting a residence visa, when a person is hep B carrier but not contagious?
My husband got deported from Dubai, after being tested as HBsAg positive. Doctors in india tell us that he is a carrier only and does not have an active virus. so that condition cannot be cured. They are willing to give a certificate stating that though he is a carrier, his disease is not contagious given his nature of work. which has to be attested in UAE embassy in india. Please let me know whether the UAE government will accept this certificate and offer him residence visa.
Sorry to let you know that your husband is not able to obtain a visa to the UAE. He got tested being Hepatitis B positive and got deported which means he is blacklisted therefore anyway. Beside this all people being Hepatitis pos. aren't able to obtain a residence visa and have to leave the country. Please be aware that the UAE doesn't acknowledge medical results/tests of foreign countries.
Btw: the above said applies to all GCC.
